Alarm Notification

- Processing
- N-Nos. of alarms (i.e. LOLO, LO, HI, HIHI – 4 limits) can be defined on Analog Points (OPC DA/ Modbus) where each alarm can be configured to send separate message to particular user or groups.
- Possibility to configure name of On/Off state (i.e. Fail/fault/trip etc) and can be configured to send to particular user or group.
- Possibility to configure logical combination of current values and alarms with time duration to generate new alarms. i.e. user can configure that if alarm A comes and Alarm B comes within X minutes then send the SMS to group “Site In-charge”.

- Inward Dialing for Voice Call
- System provides inward dialing number with automated voice system to provide the current status of system through configurable menu.
- User can dial the number and with authentication based on calling no / auth code, user will be presented the voice menu to provide the status of system.
- Inward Dialing for SMS
- System provides the facility to provide the on-demand status using SSM. To get the current status of particular point, user need to send SMS with point / tag no and system will send the return SMS with current value and alarm associated with it.
- Periodic reporting with scheduling
- Periodic reporting with following feature can be configured
- On-line parameters + Static text to be send
- Group or users to whom message to send
- Schedule times
- Particular durations i.e. from 7 Hrs to 15 Hrs.
- Particular time instance i.e. 6:00,6:30,7:00 Hrs.
- Every Shift, day, week, month except holiday.
- Meeting Confirmation:
- SMS messages can be send to particular group with message and marking so that user can confirm the meeting acceptance with reply SMS. Replay code can be configured that for confirmation – No SMS for decline-Send No in SMS.
- All the reply will be shown on web based interface for confirmation to user who has planned the meeting.
- Bulk SMS
- In critical time, system have single click job defined with predefined message and group/users so that operator can immediately send the SMS to concern to seek the help. Groups can be dynamic where selection of group based on current shift schedule entered.
