Energy Management System
Energy Management Software is versatile package as energy SCADA including graphics, trending, alarms, calculated fields and web based reporting system, can hookup any type of energy meters, data acquisition modules and provides automatic reporting system. X-Force Provides User Readings of voltage, Current, Power, KVA, KWH, KVARH etc. through which user can make energy related decision. Mainly Four different application’s provided which are listed below:
X-Force EMS Server is main application, which shows user online data. User can also view online data values in graphical format. Server Application generates reports daily, monthly. Reports generated everyday at 6:00 AM. Energy Management Server generally used to show user online data, which have been come from Energy Meter. Tree View user provides data values by selecting node from available nodes. Tag Monitor Layout views data by selecting one meter at a time from list. Tag Monitor Layout and Tree View user can view one-meter data at a time. But from Tag Monitor Location Wise view user can view multiple meter data values at a time. Every day Reports will be generated automatically at 6:00:00 AM, which can be viewed from report monitoring. Trends view used for showing online data values in graphical format. Manual Entry provided to add and modify data values. You can view data into three different views:
- Tag Tree view
- Tag Layout
- Tag Monitor Location Wise
X-Force EMS History Logger application shows user data values in Grid Format and Graphical Format. Through the History logger application user can view history data at the interval of one hour. History logger Provides facility to view history data into Grid and Graphical Format. Grid Format provides viewing of data values by selecting particular date and time from boxes provided. In our software we are showing history data values at the interval of one hour. Trends view provided to show history data in graphical format.
Mailer application used to send Reports at report generation time to responsible person. In our case every day at 6:00:00 AM mail will be send to responsible person. Mailer application uses SMTP or Outlook to send mail.
X-Force EMS Configurator used to set Devices, Reports, System Settings, Expression and Tags. Configurator generally used to load default settings for devices, reports, expression etc. To Configure the settings of the reports, devices, tags, expressions and system options EMS Configurator is provided. EMS Provided Options like Device Setting, Communication port settings, Report generation option, system options, and expression settings. User can add, modify, delete or update this list to change the settings.

Connectivity
Energy Management Software is installed in computer, which is connected to RS-485 Converter and rs-485 is connected to Energy Meter. Rs-485 converts RS-232 data into RS-485 data and vice versa. Request generated from application software is sanded through comport to the RS-485 which is converted into signal and sanded to meter. In the response meter generated proper response, which is sanded back to RS-485, and then that response is converted back to binary data, which is converted into proper response to show user.
