X-Force Alarm Viewer
X-Force Alarm Viewer is a client application. Alarm viewer is basically used for viewing purpose for analyze alarms or events, which captured from the control system like DCS. It is most often used application of X-Force Alarm Suite. Alarm Viewer can run on any computer connected to same network through LAN or WAN connectivity. It provide window configuration. Print Page Setup Tool
It provide the print page setup tool for setting the top, bottom, left and right margins.
Window Option
Window option also provided in the Alarm Viewer application for viewing the window in Tile Horizontally, Tile Vertically, Cascade form. In the cascade option, for a particular window to be shown first, click on that window then window drop slider click on tile Horizontally.
Sound option
It consists sound configuration option for the selected alarms or events. The Sound Module enables to allocate a WAV file to selected alarm or event which display into the Alarm viewer application window.
Database Option
It provides facility to edit database through the database option.
Zoom Window
For viewing more alarms or events it provide the facility to zoom window. Zoom window have many features like search, save message into RTF,TXT, HTML file format, sending and printing selected message, mode option like update or examine mode and time difference between two selected alarms.
Printing
It prints selected alarm as and when required, in user defined formats. These formats can be defined during engineering.
Mailing
It supports Standard mail types like Lotus Notes, Outlook or Internet (SMTP) to send Reports captured. It can send an email message so as to alert all concerned plant personnel and officials in case of any problem as per plant operating philosophy. It gives facility to send the particular selected data.
Searching
It provide the facility to search for required message into the particular window alarm. There are many search method available. These include a simple "Add" option where type the search parameter or search criteria and go on search button and X-AIMS display all message that matches the add criteria. It can also have the customized SQL option for you can find the your desired search option. It performs powerful SQL search queries
Mode Option
In this application we can see the alarms or events into two specific mode like update mode or examine mode.
Time Difference
It can provide facility to view the time difference between to selected alarms.
Export Data
It provides facility to Save selected message, any alarm, event, report into many formats like HTML file, Text file and Rich Textbox file.
