X-Force Report Process
It gives facility to Reports run automatically, Shift, daily, weekly, monthly basis. X-Force AIMS provides two type of reports like simple report and scheduled report. Reports store into Excel, Text, XDF or HTML file format and scheduled reports store. XAIMS provide the three type of reports like Frequency Analysis, Alarm Report and Monthly Alarm Report. Reports frequency are Shift, daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Alarms can be filtered by Date and Time, Source device of alarm, Type of Alarms, Status of Alarm, Tag name / Data point / Loop Name, Group or Area to focus analysis on particular aspects of system. It gives required alarms like alarms by area, alarms by timestamp, alarms by tag Name. It performs powerful SQL search queries.
It supports Standard mail types like Lotus Notes, Outlook or Internet (SMTP) to send Reports captured. It can send an email message so as to alert all concerned plant personnel and officials in case of any problem as per plant operating philosophy.
It prints alarm as and when required, in user defined formats. These formats can be defined during engineering.
X-Force AIMS have option for store the nos. of required files and also have the option to save report into a special folder for the backup.
