Complaint Tracking System
Complaint Management System is Web based Application to manage the complaint of Public Address System and Telecommunication System. It is extension of Telecom system to handle complaints.
User / Employee screens
- On user logging, current complaints with status will be displayed to user. Here user can see the remark added by CES.
- User can view detail of complaint and its reports. User can also export and print the report.
- User can add new complaint.
- User can reopen the completed complaint with in 48 hours if S/he is not satisfied with service or performance.
- On registration of user complaint, escalate the complaint to higher level for immediate attention. On escalation, mail will be send to administrator
- User can create his/her profile/login account to the complaint management system.
- vii) If user forgot his/her password then he/she can also recover password through mail.
Administrative screen
- Dashboard of Administrative showing all the complaint of Public Address System and Telecom System register by the users Reports of complaint system as follows.
- Administrator can add remark and set status against particular complaint.
- When administrator completes the complaint then system, generated mail notification is send to the complainer.
- Administrator can get the report of the complaint as.
- Plant Wise Report.
- Device Wise Report. Administrator can export and print the report.
- Administrator can Make configuration for:
- Users
- Plant and there Tag No.
- (3) Device and Problem, Administrator can also make the setting of the SAP WO No is required for the particular Device or not.
- (4) E-Mail, administrator can set the receiver of the complaint through the mail for both PA System and Telecom System.
